This morning my coworker and I went to home of a regular customer. We spent a couple hours making shots, pouring lattes, giving advice and dialing in the machine. It was extracting really low, like 175 degrees. Once the temp was up the coffee was really good. As home setups go, this ones great and I'm envious.
